How we bring products to market

From the first diagnostic through pilot and scale — with a clear outcome at every step and the option to stop after testing the hypothesis.

Operations

Six steps — from audit to scale

Each step produces an artefact: not merely a discussion, but a document, a decision or a live pilot supported by data.

Two markets — one operating model

Strategy and coordination in Russia; contact verification and launch in Dhaka. One project owner throughout.

Bangladesh

Principles

Rules that stay the same across industries

  1. 01One methodology — dedicated expertise for each industry.
  2. 02Local contact verification, not desk research alone.
  3. 03Honest project statuses: unfinished work is not presented as a case study.
  4. 04You can stop after the diagnostic: Go / Adjust / No-go.
  5. 05Technical launch when it is truly needed, not “for the report”.

Questions about the process

Timelines, how we start and what to expect from the first stage.

How does the work start?

With a short diagnostic: product, target segment, documentation and constraints. The result is a Go / Adjust / No-go decision, a clear next step and, where needed, a proposal for the scope of the next stage.

How long does market entry take?

The diagnostic takes several weeks. Entry preparation and the pilot depend on the product, sector and regulatory route. We set specific timing after the initial audit and scope agreement.

Can we start without a local office?

Yes. For a pilot, a local partner, distributor or representative and our operational support in Dhaka are often sufficient. The legal form of presence is determined separately by the entry model and sector requirements.

Can we stop after the diagnostic?

Yes. That is a normal outcome. If the market is not a fit or the entry model needs substantial revision, you receive an honest conclusion and recommendations — not pressure to continue at any cost.
